PCS also performs direct hire construction services with skilled craftsmen from the union building & construction trades. We typically operate as a general contractor, self-performing work and/or overseeing approved subcontractors. Site management of these projects is supported by the same network of supervisors that make up our staff augmentation group. We utilize Primavera scheduling software to improve cost performance and to achieve project milestones.

At the time of hiring in, all employees are required to enroll in PCS’s in-house safety program, in addition to any customer held safety requirements. The PCS program, EASE (Every Action Safely Executed), provides for specific safety criteria that must be met in order for an employee to be eligible for work. Additional training is also conducted throughout the course of employment. Enrollment in the EASE program is mandatory for every person joining the organization. Safety is PCS’s first priority and must likewise become the primary objective of every person and every work activity.
